The Crisis
In today’s US job market, having the skills isn’t enough. If you don’t have the “perfect” keyword-optimized format, the corporate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throws your application in the trash.

Wealthy candidates hire professional resume writers for $300 – $1,000 to “beat the system.”
Low-income graduates, veterans transitioning to civilian life, and single parents re-entering the workforce cannot afford that. They stay unemployed, not because they lack talent, but because they lack access.

The Mission

We are GoWithFund Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit startup. We are building the Great Equalizer: An Open-Source AI Career Agent that gives everyone the same advantage as the wealthy.
