1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to GoWithFund.org (the “Site”), the official website of GoWithFund Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and any services, features, or content offered by us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Our Services
GoWithFund.org currently serves as an informational website where you can learn about our mission, track our progress, and make charitable donations to support the development of our open-source software. In the future, the Site will host or link to an open-source AI-powered platform designed to provide nonprofits with a suite of tools, including but not limited to, fundraising campaign management, a job board, a co-founder matching service, an eLearning platform, and a help desk (the “Platform”).

3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the future Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Site or your account.
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. Donations
All donations made through the Site are processed by secure, third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full credit card information. As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, your donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. All donations are considered final and are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Commitment

  • Our Content: The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the “GoWithFund” name and branding (collectively, “Our Content”), is the property of GoWithFund Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute Our Content without our prior written permission.
  • The Platform: The software we develop for the Platform is intended to be released under a permissive open-source license (such as the MIT or GNU General Public License). The specific license and terms of use for the software will be made available with the software’s release.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Site or the future Platform for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site.
  • Post or transmit any material that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others.
  • Use any automated system, including “bots,” “spiders,” or “scrapers,” to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GOWITHFUND INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR VOLUNTEERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN.
